Is it safe for equipment?
In a word.. Yes.. The chemistry is EPA/FDA approved for direct application on food without rinsing.
The aerosol contact time is short. The highly diluted (97% purified water), and food grade aerosol does not harm equipment. It's tested safe on exposed electrical components and paper products.
This disinfection process does not pull a vacuum in the chamber. Aerosol does not infiltrate equipment areas that can't be dried during recovery.
This entire process is achieved at room temperature, and does not heat or cool equipment.
